Discover Your Path helps you determine your strengths and skills and match them with specific jobs. We will explore the local labour market, and identify potential employers. If you need additional skills or training to reach your job goal, we will identify how and where to get that training. complete a full day of employment exploration where you will:

• Explore all types of work.
• Using "Career Cruising" and consultation with the facilitator and the group, you will identify an employment goal based on your interests, skills, experience and education.
• Look at specific local labour market information related directly to your employment goal.
• Identify potential employers.
• Identify which skills and/or education you need to reach your employment goal.
