Who is Smart Serve?
Smart Serve Ontario, a division of the Hospitality Industry Training Organization of Ontario, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing and delivering responsible service training to all individuals who serve alcoholic beverages or work where alcoholic beverages are sold or served in the province of Ontario.

What is Smart Serve?
Smart Serve is a responsible alcohol beverage service training program developed by Smart Serve Ontario. the program is designed to promote responsible alcohol beverage service. Smart Serve is comprehensive and user friendly. The program is designed to be taken by either individuals without a facilitator or delivered to groups with a facilitator.

Who is the Program For?
This program is for servers, bartenders, door staff, security, golf course marshals, managers, licensees or anyone who will be working in areas where alcohol is sold and served under a Liquor Licence or a Special Occasion Permit.
