When we think about boundaries, we think about the lines we draw to keep us feeling safe. Sometimes we have grown up without being able to draw a line and to say what we want and don’t want. This workshop is to help those who need a bit of latitude, a freedom from the narrow restrictions that are placed on us. Learn to say no and speak your truth with LATITUDE!
